We help recover money owed—or defend against collection—through demand letters, repayment negotiations, and, when needed, court enforcement. Our aim is a fair, workable outcome without unnecessary escalation.
Landlord and Tenant Board
We help with hearings at and appeals from the LTB—evictions, rent arrears, maintenance issues, and tenant/landlord applications. We make the process clear, prepare evidence, and represent you at the hearing. We accept Legal Aid Ontario certificates for LTB matters.
Social Benefits Tribunal
When ODSP or Ontario Works is denied, reduced, or cut off, we bring your appeal to the SBT. We assemble evidence, draft submissions, and represent you at the hearing. We accept Legal Aid Ontario certificates for SBT matters.
Consent and Capacity Board
We assist with hearings at the CCB involving treatment, capacity, or psychiatric detention. We explain rights, coordinate with care teams, and represent clients and families. We accept Legal Aid Ontario certificates for CCB matters.
Human Rights and Discrimination
We represent clients in discrimination cases involving housing, services, and employment. This includes proceedings before the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario (HRTO), the Canadian Human Rights Commission (CHRC), and other forums as appropriate. Our focus is on practical remedies that address the harm and hold institutions accountable.

We guide clients through contested and uncontested separations and divorces. This includes property division, support, and parenting arrangements, handled with clarity and an eye to reducing conflict.

Custody and Parenting Time
We work with parents to resolve custody and parenting-time disputes. The emphasis is on the child’s best interests and arrangements that actually work day-to-day.
